Aluminum signs come in .040" and .080" thicknesses.  The .040" thick aluminum signs have an acrylic baked paint that only comes in white (can be painted to other colors).  The .080" thick aluminum signs have a polyester powder coated finish that is baked on.   The .080" signs also can come refelective with an engineering grade reflective sheeting applied for day and night use.  Signs come in the following standard sizes (custom sizes are available): 12"x6", 12"x18", 18"x18", 18"x24", 24"x24", 24"x30", 30"x30", 24"x36".
