| Ordering Your
Signs It is always good to build a relationship with the sign shop that you are working with, especially if you have an intricate or complicated logo. When it comes time to order your new sign, you are going to want to know the answers from steps 1-5 to get the sign that you want. If you have your own artwork, bring it. If it is truly "camera ready" then the process to make the sign will be quick. If the artwork is very rough, or in poor quality it will take some time to clean it up and get it ready to lay out, and will probably incur more cost. DirectSIGNS is an IBM house and we prefer files in the following formats: *.EPS, *.TIF, *.CDR, *.BMP, and *.PSD. There are many types of vinyl colors, and background colors, so it is also good to have an idea about the color scheme that you want. We are always glad to help you out with all your signage needs.
